Aliso Laguna sits adjacent to the Aliso Creek drainage in South Laguna Beach, in a location where the natural landscape is the defining feature. The proximity to Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park — 4,500 acres of protected open space with over 30 miles of trails — gives the neighborhood an outdoor recreational richness that attracts hikers, mountain bikers, and equestrians. The Aliso Creek mouth at Aliso Beach is one of the few natural coastal creek outlets remaining in Orange County.
