Three Arch Bay is one of Laguna Beach's most storied gated communities, taking its name from three natural sandstone arches that frame its private beach — one of the most recognizable geological features on the South Laguna coast. The 29-acre community contains approximately 380 homes divided into an oceanfront Lower Three Arch Bay and a hillside Upper Three Arch Bay, served by 24-hour staffed gate security. The three natural arches were formed over thousands of years by wave action carving through softer sections of the coastal bluff.
